Unethical business practices (i.e. promising clients something in their RFP for delivery, but then once sign-off is received.... Alight goes back on their word and essentially lies, meanwhile the client thinks we are honoring the commitment). Another example, people are in “interim” roles doing the work, without being compensated to perform that job function/responsibities; labeled as “a learning experience”.
Layoffs are the normality at this firm. Why? The company needs to look profitable for potential shareholders. Resulting with the experienced folks being let go. Three rounds have occurred.
Leadership has a single focus perspective which limits their ability to drive results.
Employees are bullied to come out on Glassdoor and leave positive reviews for the firm.
