Business Outlook
Pros
Flexibility with where you work. Many employees work remotely, however I think this is part of the problem. The pay and benefits are ok but could be better.
Cons
Because many teams are virtual, it can be really difficult to work successfully as a team. My team's leadership was pretty unresponsive and passive aggressive. The work is not very interesting. It is a lot of processing that I believe will eventually be completely automated. Leadership at the company has talked about becoming more innovative, but I don't think Alight will be able to make the turn around it needs to now in order to stay afloat.
