Work pay is not good at all . They cut your hours on and off . Do not care at all about employees or any medical or family issues that may arise. you can't be sick or anything or you will get fired.

Room for improvement and learning and growth. Great managers. No micromanaging, very flexible.

Cons

Started as a contractor. When you are contractor they don't include you in anything. You are not even recognized for your good work. but you keep going to become permanent or for experience. If validation keeps you going you are getting none as contractor,
