Alcon deals only with Ophthalmology, which makes it the best place to grow for someone who is from ophthalmology background. However, people from other domains such as Pharma, Biotech etc, occasionally it becomes extremely challenging while working on the projects as first you need to understand the device properly and then you have to start working on the same.
