      -Benefits are average to above average (better for those hired before 2021) -Diverse backgrounds and environment -Work and business mission is meaningful

      - Don’t care about employees - Unable to grow in this company due to managers trying to keep you in the same position - Management will use you and provide fake promises - Company don’t really appreciate your work + your skills (if you know multiple languages + have a wide amount of skills, then they rather let you go than try to keep you) - Toxic Management environment - Mental breakdowns (as heard from many employees that have quit) - Company loses minimum 3-5 employees monthly in the Finance department due to poor management
