Pros

Flight benefits used to be good until they took special passes from Managers due to union complaints, no you're lumped in with everyone despite helping staff with situations they don't want to deal with ie messy customer interactions often involving irate passengers. Cool to see inner workings of airport but otherwise not many positives

Cons

Low pay compared to similar positions in other industries, lack of empathy or care from upper management, and if the staff like you upper management doesn't like you. AC is stuck in the 50s in terms of treatment of staff. Stay away unless you like being abused by senior leadership.

Pros

wage is ok, it increases with your seniority.

Cons

Toxic co-workers Toxic passengers Shift is based on your seniority, if you are a rookie, you will have the worst shift, i.e.3am to 11:30am.
