Pros

The job itself was interesting, challenging and motivating...

Cons

...but the work environment and the people took all the life out of it. There are too many employees that just work in the various departments because they have at AC for a long time and move around. They have no real skills or competencies but are hired through inter-departmental "deals". Senior directors often have no clue of what is going on at the Manager levels. There is no room for thinking out of the box or challenging the status quo (things that are valued in most companies). "We've always done it that way" is a line most people repeat constantly.

Pros

Decent pay. Never a dull moment. Customers can be great. You can meet so many different people and network.

Cons

It is the people you work with, and not necessarily the customers, who will try to get you fired from the job.
