Pros

- Good benefits - Some flexibility in schedule

Cons

- Extremely low pay. I don't understand how such a big company pays adults 14$/h (11$ after taxes). It's really ridiculous! Students who work at the mall get a better pay than adults working as a customer service agent. - Minimal chances to get into a better pay bracket

Pros

Flight benefit is the only best part of the company. Annual bonus is decent.

Cons

Pay is less and even the annual increment is too low.

Pros

Flight benefits, health benefits, friendly coworkers, flexibility, travel opportunity

Cons

The list would be too big. How to start? I came to Air Canada because it was my dream to work in the aviation industry. Management at Inflight is lacking empathy and respect towards the employee and this is a big issue for Air Canada's success. No matter how long you have been working for, no matter how hard you have worked for passenger's satisfaction, if you commit one single mistake, IFS management will take pride in disciplining you the hard way.
