Pros

Some genuinely nice people work here, and it’s a well‑known brand with strong name recognition.

Cons

I am extremely disappointed with this company’s approach toward employees with children. There is no meaningful flexibility for parents who are balancing work with caring responsibilities. The rigid working hours and excessive mandatory office days make it incredibly difficult for parents to manage childcare. What makes this even more concerning is that the company frequently promotes itself as diverse and inclusive, yet in reality parents are clearly not included in that definition. The lack of support creates an environment that feels neither inclusive nor understanding of real‑life family responsibilities. Average salary — nothing particularly competitive or impressive.
