Pros

Discount on flights, after 10 years decent pay. Health benefits ok, great people to work with

Cons

You will soon understand ur just a number, it doesn't matter if you hit the ceiling on a plane or someone dies, you will be ask to work anyway. Health benefits, be ready to fight to get your money. Less crew per flights so more work. Dont expect to have holidays off (Xmas, NYE...) and dont expect to get paid more working on holidays. Oh and you only get paid when the plane moves, So when there is a delay you get $0.

Pros

Fellow employees were the best

Cons

They are always trying to make money off of their employees, besides the money that they make from passengers. eg. Cheap uniforms that fall apart, you must pay for yourself, and if they don't look good they give you pressure to buy more at a price that the product simply is not worth.
