Pros

It pays the bills and it's more than minimum wage. Probably one of the highest paying civilian jobs.

Cons

Management is incompetent, benefits are crap, If you hate yourself, this is the place to go.

Pros

They have an average pay scale for the work that's performed. I come to work everyday because they are always hiring and it keeps the lights on at my house. The benefits are pretty competitive except for the health care coverage which isn't worth the paper it's written on.

Cons

At Aegis, there is no opportunity for advancement. The staff is very unmotivated and there are inconsistencies across the board. There is very little to no direction from upper management to the actual workers until you perform poorly. Every now and then they might do a contest but it's few and far between.

Pros

it was a competitive salary but the benefits were not as good as other places

Cons

it was distressing to go to work and be told to ewop to the parking lot for sometimes as much as an hour or more at a time several times a day as if you were there because you had nothing better to do but were not worried about getting a pay check
