the insurance is terrible. and it seems like the upper management can't be bothered with the employees.its very disorganized and sometimes you don't know until the dy it happens and all of a sudden you are laid-off

When I was let go, the company had over hired and were taking every opportunity to let peple go including doing backward disciplines (ie- things which had previously been overlooked were now scrutinized and re-evaluated by new staff) My manager(who had previoly told me she was NOT a manager) is the one who had to let me go. They CLAIMED it was the decision of the frim I was hired to work with. Bogus! they had the right to move me to another campaign but chose not to. I won't go back if they are going to use poor hiring /dismissal practices.
