When I was let go, the company had over hired and were taking every opportunity to let peple go including doing backward disciplines (ie- things which had previously been overlooked were now scrutinized and re-evaluated by new staff) My manager(who had previoly told me she was NOT a manager) is the one who had to let me go. They CLAIMED it was the decision of the frim I was hired to work with. Bogus! they had the right to move me to another campaign but chose not to. I won't go back if they are going to use poor hiring /dismissal practices.
