      Can’t think of anything nice to say. Run far far away from this company.

      Cons

      Training is shocking- push you through too quick, expect you to know everything with adequate training Staff turn over is the highest I have ever seen. Everyone is miserable If you value yourself, your sanity do not work for this company. Pay is shocking, overtime not paid properly. 10 year old agreement.. IT is in the dark ages, slow and useless, company doesn’t care. Fixing it = spending money.

      Aegis has many process internally expedia sales service etc .rapid good growth on ur hard work

      Cons

      Worst management and think aegis has to improve towards floor maintenance & hire managers who has humanity . And avoid the people who does bucketing
