      Pros

      Can’t think of anything nice to say. Run far far away from this company.

      Cons

      Training is shocking- push you through too quick, expect you to know everything with adequate training Staff turn over is the highest I have ever seen. Everyone is miserable If you value yourself, your sanity do not work for this company. Pay is shocking, overtime not paid properly. 10 year old agreement.. IT is in the dark ages, slow and useless, company doesn’t care. Fixing it = spending money.

      Caring team, amazing clients. I enjoyed my time at Aegis and only left because I moved out of state for family reasons.

      The scheduling could be more flexible .
