Some managers are really good and understand employees issues

Cons

But the admin team are sucks and hr team. you cant complain anything or else do politics or keep you in Corrective no one can question about Tl managers or admin or security. low grade employees have no power about there issues to escalate and dont have a proper leave policies and worst management.
