      Pros

      Open doors to inexperienced candidates who interested and willing to teach. Willing to provide all the necessary training to help you improve your skills. Team Leaders are very supportive and available all the time. They will encourage you to bring out your best. They will encourage you to attend training and provides immediate feedback.

      Cons

      Should be clear on the compensation package Should provide an allowance for online training (should take into consideration the cost incurred by teachers during training i.e. electricity, internet connection etc)

      Pros

      Acadsoc is the best company Ive worked with for home based. Ive worked with them because of my friend sharing Acadsoc's good reputation in China as well as in the Philippines. Acadsoc salary was way better than 51talk and that I got to enjoy my earnings with my family. Acadsoc experience as a whole was great!
