Team Leaders are very supportive and available all the time. They will encourage you to bring out your best. They will encourage you to attend training and provides immediate feedback.
Cons
Should be clear on the compensation package Should provide an allowance for online training (should take into consideration the cost incurred by teachers during training i.e. electricity, internet connection etc)
