You have to send proof of internet speed and a photo of a valid ID before they send you a link to have the interview. Once you get the link they jump right in with three questions.
1. What do you think will be the most challenging thing for you working here?
2. Why do you want to teach english online?
3. How would you handle an adult student who doesn't want to study the information provided?
They don't leave room for you to ask questions.
Then they go into a pretend demo play where the interviewer pretends to be a five year old child and answers you as such. You get a lesson you go over with the child. It all feels very weird because you never see who is conducting the interview. And the baby voice they do is odd to say the least.
I received an email stating I passed the interview, however I declined because it was deceitful how they promoted a pay of $16/hr but offered only 13/hr Plus the hours they offer don't work for me at the moment. Here's what they offer: Congratulations for passing the Demo!
