      Pros

      Acadsoc does not just provide a good salary for tutors but as well as provide engaging activities for tutors. One of which is tutor gathering which is held every December and a sports fest last October 2019. These activities does not just help tutors connect with other tutors as well as relieve themselves from life stressors.

      Ridiculous rules about cancellations, sometimes won't consider extenuating circumstances. The teaching point system is quite slow, almost makes it hard for tutors to get a promotion. Customer service staff/employees are unhelpful and useless most of the time. Most Team Managers are also unhelpful due to the number of tutors they are handling. Some are rude. Pay is quite low especially for tenured tutors who have certificates.

      The salary is okay as long as you are fully booked always.

      Penalties for absences. Can't add more time slot but they keep on hiring tutors
