      Pros

      With Acadsoc, I learn to be more mature and grow professionally. Handling different kinds of students made me realizes that I also learn from them. It's a give and take process.

      Some penalties applied with process.

      Pros

      From 300+ tutors when I entered to Acadsoc to more than 10,000 people now. I am very happy that Acadsoc value our loyalty. They can see our effort. Thanks, Acadsoc.

      Classin crashes form time to time.

      Negative for the newly hired or part timers.

      Pros

      Easy and fast application process. They have friendly and supportive TMs. Friendly students and give you enough trainings to improved your teaching abilities.

      Cons

      So sad for the newly hired teachers who made an effort waiting for their open slots for the students to book but failed to achieve during 1st month of work . They were not paid for the unbooked classes. How sad. Pay is not that high.
