Pros

Access to many different devices, managed routers, switches, opportunities for growth, dealing with interesting issues, no training provided though

Cons

Very busy environment, permanently behind, lot of customer complaints, insufficient training, certs are paid for which is nice, but no training provided, but you can definitely learn a lot, its just all based on self study
