Great team members. Allowed some work from home days, instead of better comp.

Cons

Tons of turn over and layoffs. No bonuses. Future is not bright

Standard benefits such as sport card and access to luxmed

Cons

Company always focused on negatives and mistakes but when good things happen they go ignored. Nothing to motivate you to keep working in a place that keeps pushing work on you til you get sick.

Disgusting Team Leader

Pros

CEO is genuinely kind, benefits are good.

Cons

Team Leader doesn't show fair in evaluating people. Always find fault and really demotivating. Didn't receive a single centavo bonus because of LAME reason.
