Feels like family working here. Upper management truly cares about the employees. Great benefits very competitive, even pet insurance. Very flexible working schedules.

Cons

Some middle management are to rigid in our flexible working environment. Need to work on communication stream.

Great people and some good training.

Cons

The management decided early that I was not the correct type of person for their team so made it extremely difficult to perform, I was not given an induction and was not included in briefings as I was not at the "level". The recruiter sold me a job which did not match reality.
