They do not care about their candidates. Only interested in earning commission.

Not really sure. They will find you work but that's about it.

Cons

Extremely poor administration and communication. They don't care if candidates they send on contracts are being exploited, bullied or harassed in their contract placements. Once you are in a role and are earning money/commission for them that's all they care about. Avoid unless you are prepared to be exploited and forgotten.

Pros

- Work Life Balance is pretty good - Clean, modern office environment - Ability to work remote a few days a week - More paid holidays than average - Decent flexibility - Great team dynamics

Cons

- Incompetent team leaders that will micromanage you into the ground - Little to no opportunity to grow your career - Lower than expected salary - Office environment can be very cliquey - You are expected to suck up to the client with minimal push back - Lack of transparency

The team are lovely, but managers hands are tied. Not enough staff to spread the load!
