Pros

- Flexible working and fully remote - Good holidays (can buy / sell them) - They trust you to do your job / autonomy - Colleagues are friendly - Good company values and mental health initiatives

Cons

- Pay hasn’t went up after more than a year working here, no mention of it and no bonus. Pay varies depending on each employee and don’t feel it’s fair pay as some staff doing same job but getting 4K more per year than others and no PDP plan given since started in order to help improve the pay. - The systems can be slow and challenging at times and a lot of access issues. - Way too many targets and tedious admin tasks to do that don’t really make a difference to offers per month - Workload is too heavy and impossible to keep on top of everything but always expected to which is difficult

Many thanks for taking the time to feedback. 2020 was a challenging year and over the last few months we have seen a steep increase in workload. It would be good to hear more from you directly on what is working and what we need to do differently based on the actions we have taken to get back to a better workload level for all. Pros

You can work from home. Compensation is pretty good depending upon the role. Employees and staff come off extremely helpful and kind at first.

Cons

The downside includes harrassment, bullying (behind your back) by direct team members and indirectly-linked personnel, lack of UK management's understanding of how business works in the US. Expect to be asked to do specific projects with an ever-changing scope within a tight timeline. There are little benefits; no support in obtaining certifications or higher education assistance.
