Pros

Company has good intentions has been great at initiatives such as gifting leave

Cons

Has done nothing to address cost of living on its salaries beyond run webinars on budgeting. Clients that are supported have all put through significant redress both in forms of exceptional payments and out of cycle salary increases. Sadly there has been nothing to support existing employees and many struggle to make ends meet. Pension too is just at legal obligation rather than market competitive. There is little apparent value that the company gives to addressing exceedingly high turnover at its beginning to mid levels, otherwise it would address these areas.

Pros

literally none. they sell you a job that isnt a true reflection of what it actually is.

Cons

too much workload poor management, including micro management SLA and KPI driven which is unachievable if you want to work in an agency environment, work in an agency.

Pros

fast promotion great colleagues great working experience great tools and training.

Cons

No OT pay - even if it's obvious that you're drowning with work. they will make an excuse that approval is hard to get. Help is always late - when they realize that the workload is too much, it would take time before they hire new people and they don't account that the new hires must be trained. by the time that the new hires are functional, it's already late and volume has died down for a bit then they will immediately start moving people to different accounts then the volume will skyrocket again and the cycle continues. TL, CSMs don't put their employees first. they are too focused on their own targets to a point that their employees are overworked to "cut cost". No pay equity - work for a couple of years as a lead specialist but only to find out that im not in the salary bracket for the lead specialist position. No work-life balance - we always do overtime (before shift, after shift and even during on weekends) we don't want to. but we had to cause our workload was too much. we even go on VL just so we can focus on our backlogs.
