Pros

Tools - Access to some of the best recruiting tools and BI team People- Worked with some of the smartest TA Talent in my career Experience - The collective experience of the organization

Cons

AMS is never going to put its employees first. They will always cut corners with headcount to save money. Employees will be over worked, under paid and never see the rewards of their hard work in the form of a bonus. It will always go to the executive team. They have a terrible internal promotion process. Constantly telling you that you must do the job first then they will give you the money and title. I can take year of these promises.

Pros

This company was awesome when I started. Working remotely is a plus.

Cons

Management plays favoritism and pay disparities are evident. They only help the people they like move forward in their career and does not look at the quality of the work being done.

Pros

No pros, this place has discriminatory hiring practices

Cons

I went through the entire screening process with a recruiter. Due to a death in my family and contracting covid the same week I had to reschedule my hiring manager interview. The recruiter was simply rude and pushy about rescheduling when physically I was too ill to speak and mentally not well to the unexpected death. Fast forward a week later I was rescheduled to interview and then had my interview canceled because the manager was concerned of where I live in the U.S which was disclosed to the recruiter during her initial out reach of me. I am a military spouse with 8 years of recruiting experience. It leaves a bad taste if my mouth that the recruiter knew I was a military spouse, knew where I lived and then used that as an excuse to not move me through the process. If AMS calls you, look for employment elsewhere.
