Their Redundancy process, forgets that they are dealing with people and unless you know the right people, no matter how hard you work, it doesn't matter.

In terms of layoffs, it has been extremely hard to say goodbye to colleagues as a result of client hiring volumes on some of our accounts softening owing to the tough economic environment we, and our industry as a whole, are facing.
