Feedback on Workplace Concerns

Pros

Working with this organization is nothing short of a disaster. It will drain your energy, crush your motivation, and leave you questioning every career decision you’ve ever made. Avoid it at all costs.

Cons

I am writing to express my concerns regarding some troubling practices I have observed during my time at AMS. My intention is to provide honest feedback in the hope that it can lead to improvements in the workplace environment and culture. 1. Ethical Concerns in Hiring and Management Practices: There have been instances of mismanagement by the HR and hiring team that have led to inconsistent and potentially unethical outcomes. Decisions often appear to lack transparency, and processes sometimes seem influenced by favouritism rather than merit or fairness. This undermines the integrity of the organization and negatively impacts employee morale. 2. Workplace Bias and Partiality: Bias in decision-making and team dynamics has been a recurring issue. Some team leads appear to display favouritism, creating an uneven playing field where certain employees receive preferential treatment. This has fostered resentment and decreased overall team cohesion. 3. Lack of Accountability Among Leadership: Concerns regarding honesty and reliability within the leadership team, particularly with the Talent Acquisition Head and managers, have been significant. Commitments are frequently not upheld, and employees are left feeling unheard or misled. This erodes trust and diminishes faith in leadership.

Pros

The commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion

Cons

I worked for AMS for 5yrs and was under appreciated and under paid. No flexibility if working for certain clients, no transparency from senior leaders/ managers, the mangers and team leads created a toxic culture/ working environment for our team.

They only care about clients and executives

Pros

The people you work with are nice

Cons

They only care about their clients and making sure their own executives get paid. AMS will not hesitate to layoff employees in order to save themselves money. They will claim to try and deploy you with another client, but reality is, they dont have the growth or resources to do so. If you're considering working here, just dont. There are better companies that will actually invest in their employees.
