- Big name - Big Clientele

Cons

- No one wants to take an ownership - There’s no support from anyone, no management - They lied about the position I will be working on, and then did not provide any support and kind of threatened me to keep working on it or leave the company.

Pros

Decent benefits and vacation entitlements.

Cons

Too many to list. Despite having some great people individually, together as a collective entity, this is a soulless, toxic company. Internal HR is broken beyond repair. They focus on buzzwords and spending time and money on things like ERGs and yet have a constantly revolving door of terminations with zero loyalty to anyone. Extremely political internally. Employees are just a name on a spreadsheet and clients are ‘logos’ to be won and squeezed for every dollar. They buy up little companies and chew them up and spit them out. Work there if you are desperate but keep looking for something better.

Remote opportunities maybe! nothing else I can think of

Cons

Everything! Salaries are not great, the work culture is too political, top heavy! they hire from outside and not redeploy their own people. Culture is toxic.
