Pros

They have good clients in the US and UK.

Cons

They sell a bag of goods to their employees. It's not a true recruitment outfit but a compliance command and control chop-shop. Way low pay under market and 2X the workload communicated during the interview process. Almost 100% management turnover within 12 months on our team. That should say it all.

Pros

Err... Work Life Balance, Dress down code

Cons

1. Poor Management - mid-layer manager is poor (Team Leaders, some CSM's and PCSM's) - If you are part of clique then you are safe - if not, good luck, it's an uphill battle from there. 2. Don't expect any promotion anytime soon - You will probably be told that there are 15-20 people in front of you for it to be signed off. 3. Salary is awful - can expect a payrise- but may be £500, not the £1k/2k that you probably been promised by your manager. Nothing else! 4. Bonus - Irrelevant how well your account does - no rewards for those who do well. 5. Appraisals - Poor way of reflecting people's performances for the year. Having to compare their grading against someone else in the Centre is awful! 6.Childish environment - think says it all really. 7. Managers didn't get there by credit or because they are good people managers - they just best friends with their boss. 8. IT - poor technologies for an "innovative" company. 9. Internal Mobility - suppose to help you move internally, but put you forward for roles that they know you're under qualified for just to show they are doing something about it and that they are hitting their targets.

Hi, I'm obviously very disappointed to hear your feedback, especially as we have really focused on employee engagement in the last year and seen very good overall engagement scores recently. I'd be keen to explore your feedback further anonymously if you are willing, in particular because some of the feedback relates to some areas that have changed over a year ago such as the appraisal process (we no longer run calibration and people are assessed against their own merit and not assessed against others anymore). Please get in touch directly with me at jeff.owen@alexmann.com if you want to share further

Pros

Great vacation time and good people to work with.

Cons

Management has no idea what they are doing and the global team is not aware of the day-to-day issues.
