      Pros

      Incredible people and culture Great Benefits, especially maternity and PTO Lots of oppportunity to Grow Encouraged to be BRAVE

      Cons

      The open environment takes some to get used to. Perhaps small cubicle walls would be better than flat open spaces?

      Pros

      Good client base who are oblivious to their practices and good Xmas party in 2013 but little else

      Cons

      Rip off consultants and businesses alike. Clients are oblivious as to how they work and that's wrong. Don't play fair

      Over worked and underpaid.

      Pros

      Flexible working hours, employees at the bottom of the food chain are great to work with.

      Cons

      It's not about what you know, it's about who you know. If you want to gain a promotion at AMS you have to dance around senior colleagues who will lap up the attention. Those who are in the junior positions tend to be the ones who do all the hard work and get no recognition.
