- Inspiring CEO - I had a good Manager (although he was very busy) - Interesting mix of clients

Cons

- Poached from another company, and was then told after 4 months that I had to move to the Bracknell office (3 hours away from my home) with no relocation package, no redundancy and no internal London jobs. The only O.K thing about this was that they gave me 3 months notice. - Seemed to care a lot more about their RPO business than their Client Services - not very sure why they even keep their CS open. - Thrown into the role, didn't learn very much. Was very much a culture of 'do this' with no real explanation of why I was doing things. - Didn't carry out 'reads' on their print work. Unbelievable. This is something I've learnt is really important now I'm at another company.

working on customer site being away from the ams brand no respect for staff - i had a miscarriage and was expected to show up at work

-Lack of resources -Over promise and under deliver to clients -Lack of attention to needs outside of UK -Upper management speak in lofty terms with no clear strategic vision to execute
