      This is a pathetic place to work. The managers for the Bengaluru office working with the Deutsche Bank team on KYC Hiring are very partial towards employees who suck up to them. They will publicly humiliate you without actually helping you improve. The managers themselves have no idea how to train and run an effective team. They simply boast of inclusiveness but actually they have a toxic culture. The managers themselves never come to office and have 0 leadership skills. They are even unable to provide basic work facilities like a proper internet connection. The managers keep yelling during the calls. Join at your own risk

      I wish I had some to share.

      When I spoke up about not being considered for a role that I was already doing, I was gaslighted and told to apologize. After that I was ignored by management for months. Told I couldn't take vacation I already had approved and had to work between Christmas and New Years. I was the only one on the team with young kids. On top of it, I was told the week we got back that I was to be laid off due to volume. When I was the only one with active work at the moment. To top it off, I was put in what they call redeployment, which is a joke since no one reach out to me or others effected by this layoff. Severance we were provided was laughable, and intentionally done so that we would not be eligible for a bonus. And not paid out for carry over vacation time. Kick us while we are down is their motto.
