This is not recruitment be aware of that before joining. Its glorified admin. You will not be doing a 360 recruitment role. Senior Recruiter - Has business contact but no candidate contact until offer stage. Resourcing role - Candidates only, no business contact. Too many people involved in process, lots of process offshored. You will not develop as a recruiter in this role Promotions are only for those who are in bed with Management. Drug culture amongst Managers. Benefits are awful, 5% matched pension. Bonus level max 10%. No team togetherness.

Cons

Terrible micromanagement. They keep awful people employed that are belittling in lead and management positions. Talking to Human Resources does nothing to correct the issues and talking to leadership does nothing. Instead they fire the person that was suffering from the constant abuse. If you are not a diverse candidate you are dispensable. Biggest mistake believing them in making the move from a great company to join them
