Pros

Previously flexible working however this is now a standard across most UK businesses post covid. Very account dependent as to how you get treat.

Cons

Bonus low and paid out twice in my five years. Work load is ridiculous with no appreciation A company where isolation and under mining is rife. Leadership talk the talk however have no care for staff, my time at this business (five years) was positive 20% of the time and the remainder left me in tears every day, working 16 hour days and working in a culture that is the opposite I see this business promoting across social media platforms.

Pros

Workmates are great, they are friendly and supportive.

Cons

Salary is meh, WD salary range for specialist (my current role before I left) is much less than what I was offered when I got promoted, so they are lowballing their employees. Management are terrible with headcount forecasting as well. Listen to your damn employees when they say they need resources, we were the ones doing the brute work for you.
