Pros
The people I worked alongside were wonderful and dedicated employees who did care a considerable amount about the company. The upside to this position was an incredible amount of overtime due to corporate's decision to leave the facility understaffed.
Cons
This company makes it quite apparent that profit is the only thing that matters in their eyes. They show no interest in the welfare of their workers and yield no compassion. They place extreme burden on the employees with an incredible pressure to get the work done on time with extremely limited resources. The company also has a great decrease in work load during the winter months which some employees did not survive, unfortunately. It seems to be the norm at the branch I was employed at. We were warned of the threat of reduced hours and even the possibility of the loss of our jobs.
