People are nice and that is pretty much it.

Cons

Enormous amount of pressure that pushes you to achieve beyond your limit however you are not rewarded for your hard-work. Instead they will exploit you and disregard the effort you have put in by not paying you overtime.

Working with the group of professionals I work with is worth it in itself. Every one has a key role to play and you are treated as such.

Cons

Sometimes you have to work long hours, but in the end it doesn't outweigh the many benefits of working here.

layoff are frequent during slow periods when the company still makes money, company makes millions and you start off at a low rate
