      Pros

      I enjoyed my co-workers and my immediate supervisor.

      Cons

      ALS is notorious for lay-offs when the mining industry isn't doing so hot. They wax and wane their staff constantly to meet work volume demands. Job security is non-existent. Pay is awful. High turnover rate.

      Good pay with opportunities. There are always openings.

      Cons

      Dumbest and most inexperienced management at any company. If you play the political game, you're in. Your knowledge, experience, and accomplishments mean nothing compared to how you suck up.
