-Great people to work with -Don't try to micromanage -As long as your work was done properly and on time you were free to work on side R&D projects

Cons

Not many to speak of... -Corporate office came and got rid of a lot of staff despite us operating at a profit for the past 5 years. -Not much room to move up the "corporate ladder"

Flexibility in hours is the best thing. Nobody has a set schedule. Show up when you want and leave when you want. There are not very high expectations so an apparent relaxed environment.

Cons

No training on chemistry performed or appropriate safety. Skills needed are never trained, but must be acquired from outside by hiring someone else. Turnover on the entry level is very high due to a long entrenched management team that is way over payed.
