Pros

i cannot think of even one

Cons

- Long uncompensated hours - Extensive time wasted in meetings, conference calls, etc that could be utilized in productive activity (at least 15-20 hours/wk) - Complex metrics that set a rep up for failure - Corporate politics and favoritism - No response from corporate for ethical issues by a team member that should have required severe consequences - Being cut off from company leads without notification - Being asked to attend meeting and phone conferences outside of normal business hours - Being expected/required to work 6 days a week, 70-90 hours per week without compensation of a base salary - Having cancelled appointments that you never even contacted or visited count against your closing percentage - Having existing clients that dont even count towards your metrics - sometimes totaling 30-40% of your monthly revenue target - Having cancellations show up on your next month's metrics - Allowing team members to threaten and bully co-workers without ramifications - Horrible mis-mangement by highly uneducated personnel - Excessive and harassing micro-management on a daily, sometimes hourly basis - Manager's manager doesn't want to be bothered with any concerns - HR is unresponsive and also betrayed confidentiality - Manager had 13 people quit in a 12 month period and is still employed - No opportunities to move up in the organization or to even transfer to another channel despite extensive education and experience

Pros

Easy work. Decent schedule. Nothing else

Cons

Lots of managers but no leadership or development to speak of. The company fights against itself. ZERO CULTURE. They are more interested in holding people back rather than get someone in a management position that won't just be a "yes" man. Force extra work days when most weeks you don't even have enough work to fill the day. All around poor management that has no foresight, no proactive thinking, not growth minded, and honestly doesn't know how to make things better. If you have no opinions, don't care about making money, don't care that everyday is a new fire drill of focus on something that really has no importance, don't care how you're treated, don't want to grow and develop then you might like it here.

Pros

Benefits, Pay is ok, Remote job

Cons

Micromanagement from TL & TM, is TERRIBLE maybe because it's a remote wfh position. Not very Diverse, Burn out, Working with systems troubleshooting and answering to TL & TM in a short time frame within 1 phone call, Stuck between First Call Resolution and keeping the queue down,no shift bids so stuck with the same hrs as long as you work here. We have to Correct just about everything from ALL departments in our department, sometimes with little to no knowledge, So we are figuring out thru documents, no learning modules whatsoever. Privacy is out the door, I told a TM abt a very personal issue (s), the next day in a huddle alot of what TM addressed I felt was indirectly @ me abt leaving issues at home. She then pulled me for a coaching after the huddle and told me to leave my problems at home. I normally spoke to Employee Relations about PERSONAL issues, I would not even told TM, but the way PERSONAL issues are addressed now is an email, with abt 3 people CC'd in it. I took time off after that Coaching. TM or TL are not HR and should not have the power to know someone's personal business. Since I have been back, emails and Huddles have been about coming to work. I think this job is more designed for the younger generation. I have updated my resume and actively seeking employment elsewhere. I will submit my notice appropriately.
