Pros

Flexible schedule, can be great pay

Cons

Company is completely focused on phone sales, bypassing the skilled professionals in the field. Focus is on selling low profit installations with low monthly monitoring margins, and then paying the technicians high commission to upsell. Focus is not on reoccurring revenue. Abandoning existing customers and tenured professionals who made the company much more profitable than the current model.

Pros

Work from home for most roles with a lot of schedule options.

Cons

You are only as good as your numbers. Only Takes one bad year of performance and thats a wrap. I had over 10+ years with the company. I survived multiple lay offs until the most recent. Performance Reviews at a Manager level are almost non-existent. Until its too late. As far as outlook, they are moving more and more things overseas as well as trying to utilize Ai where they can.
