Zero culture and backwards hr team

Pros

ADT is an established brand that offers a great product. But that’s about the only positive.

Cons

Working for the company is horrible. You are just a number and the leadership team doesn’t care. It is a dictatorship and if you do not want to follow the ideas of the senior leaders, then keep your mouth shut. They do not listen to the ideas of their top talent. In a recent acquisition, ADT pretended to want the talent of the company while wasting everyone’s time and resources. In the end, their Human Resources department slapped everyone in the face with poor offers and unfair titles. I would never recommend anyone work for the corporate headquarters and definitely stay away from the HR/L&D department.

Pros

They are a large stable company

Cons

Poorly organized, no one knows who is doing what. This also means that no one has an eye on the big picture. They give you time lines they know you can't meet, and when you rush to try and meet the deadline it is either changed or scrapped as the last second. They do not listen to the subject matter experts. There is no partnership between departments. They don't care about employee's or their personal lives. If you need anything from HR you can't talk to anyone that can actually help. You can only talk to middle men that will open tickets on your behalf.

Pros

Theres plenty of OT, work from home

Cons

The metrics are impossible and will get you written up if you arent meeting them. Everyone knows this but nothing is changing which is why there is a huge turn over rate for entry level agents You're tech support, billing, account management. And youre ecmxpected to have calls under 4 min average. IMPOSSIBLE. when some of the processes 20 mins. Youre micromanaged. I personally feel they dont care about their employees or their customers its always about the bottom line. No shift bid.
