Pros
The pay is good for what you do, the training is also quite good, and generally good people are hired. Easy to get to work, they are quite flexible with your shifts and if you need days off, and there is lots of overtime available. The benefits are excellent and full medical and dental coverage is available. Big beautiful call center here in Calgary.
Cons
Repetitive work that is quite boring at times. Very rigid "rules" of how things are to be done. Very corporate feeling, and you sometimes feel more like a number than a person.
