Pros

Good training, good co workers. There are some people who will help no matter what the situation. These are also individuals that know you are getting a raw deal as they somehow worked their way through the rookie process.

Cons

Jobs are hard to come by and too complicated to put together without the help of someone more experienced - which means you'll have to split the commission with the senior rep.

Pros

Time off as need be, work from home, pay

Cons

Training as far as what is expected, would say 50% of my installs customers where not happy about the 3 yr contract and something always went wrong as far as the work orders were concerned. You are expected to put the job in no matter what happens. Company is all about volume and not about customer satisfaction. As long as the job goes in and the customer doesnt cancel during the 3 day cancellation period then all is good.

Pros

3 months training pay that dereases each month as your commissions supposedly go up. small gas allowance, time off as you need it

Cons

Be ready to spend most of your good field time sitting behind a telephone calling off lists that every other security company uses. Most people won't even answer the phone. If they do, most are mad because we won't stop calling them. Micro management is in full effect. They will have you covering your entire state to go on company leads where you may or may not be meeting with the person who called in for the appointment. Traveled 516 miles in one day recently. You gotta be kidding. text you to death putting pressure on you to sell, sell, sell. Couldn't complete recent call with customer because my phone kept beeping with new test messages from manager. If you like to door knock an area and meeting people face to face, this is not the job for you. Your are a glorified telemarketer.
