Pros

Good starting pay, lots of available hours. Will take care of their employees, tuition reimbursement. They will keep you as long as you produce and keep producing.

Cons

Low pay for actual work completed. Project management is lower than normal as far as standards, need more sigma six black belt opportunities and training at upper levels. Management training also needed wherein managers are promoted based on job experience rather than actually being able to lead, motivate, and promote within.

If you are willing to work for your $$$ then you can make money here! 100% commission is what motivates me - if I don't work I don't get paid - if I don't learn I don't get paid! It's a simple job if you just dedicate yourself to your craft.
