      Pros

      Upper management is loaded with great people. Good benefits and vacation policy.

      Cons

      A few managers aren't so hot; if you end up reporting to one of those rare bad apples, you won't have a good experience. Pay is not up to par with the marketplace, and raises are ridiculously low.
