Good place to work with good people

Pros

People are nice, good work environment, work at your own pace, no one is on your back. Big company where everyone is doing their own thing so no one is very concerned with what you are doing. As long as you do your job and what is expected of you, you will not be bothered. The people make it a great work environment where you can easily work at your own pace with little or no pressure from others.

Cons

Work can get a bit monotonous, tasks are very routine. There is not much variety in the daily office grind. It can get tedious doing the same thing day in and day out. Due to budget cuts, many employees did not get raises this year, although that is pretty common with the economy being the way it is right now.

My manager does a great job to giving positive or negative feedback but in a political manner. It's also a large company which means room for growth.

Cons

100% commission-ups are really high and downs are really low.

Great people and great working atmosphere.

Cons

Upper Management (with a few exceptions) is horrid. Big picture is never accounted for, mostly crisis management and customer service is barely tolerable. I hope now with a super star CEO that things will change.
