Offers Full Time Employment Benefits are okay. Great Job If You Are Out of High School or College 6 Weeks Training

Cons

If you are forced to look for a second career, this is not it. Non-stop calls. Focus on quantity rather then quality. Not able to make friends, due to non-stop calls. Focus appears to be on Wall Street, rather than customer. Customers who do not know how their system works. Repetition ("Put in your code and press off. Do it second time!) The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

Pros

The only good thing I can say about ADT corporate in Boca is they have a beautiful office with tons of amenities such as a fully loaded cafe, spa, nail salon, doctor office, gym and masseuse.

Cons

Executive Management is bonkers. They are all brand new (all the good execs left for greener pastures). They are shady (check the news for their latest unethical practices), and very secretive. They do not provide any sort of leadership or set good examples for their people.

Great benefits, overall friendly environment, independent work

Cons

Employee retention is horrible! In the years I have worked here I have seen nothing but a revolving door of entry level employees and management. They even have new Unit Managers now! None of the managers can actually do your job at the stat levels they require either, because most are rushed through training.
