Pros

Most colleagues are decent people you can get along with. Its tough to make this long enough with 20 words. I hope this works.

Cons

The sales force under bids jobs (Good for the customer). They do not hire techs with appropriate skills. They want green techs for and advanced level of work. Go figure

Family atmosphere!! Great benefits and company growth potential. They also pay for education which makes it easier for employees to better themselves and grow with the company.

Cons

I have to wait a year for benefits, 6 months for tuition benefits....urgh it sucks because I need the benefits now.
